We’re delighted to invite you to join us celebrating our wedding at Minthis Resort in the Troodos Mountains, Cyprus on the 18th to the 21st October 2024.
We’ve created this website as a convenient way to share all of the important details with you in the lead up to our wedding. However, if you have any questions please let us know.
The wedding weekend will take place at Minthis Resort, Cyprus and all guests will be accommodated onsite. Please arrange your own airport transfers, more info can be found here.
Located just a 20-minute drive from Paphos, Minthis offers breathtaking views of the Troodos mountains. The resort includes an 18-hole golf course, nature trail and a wellness spa and we look forward to enjoying it with you.
We hope our wedding will be a weekend to remember! We kindly request your presence from the afternoon of Friday 18th October to Monday morning, 21st October. Your rooms have been reserved for these nights.
We suggest dresses or shirts and shorts.
For the ladies we’d recommend dresses, please avoid black, white and burgundy (if you wear heels, please note the reception is on short grass). For the men we suggest trousers and shirts (ties and jackets optional). It might be quite hot, so please make sure you’re comfortable. Equally, once the sun sets the temp goes down, so a jacket may be wise.
Bright colours! We suggest summery dresses, shirts or shorts. There will be an opportunity to go swimming so bring your swimsuits, a change of clothes, and a towel. You might also want to pack a jumper for the return journey as we sail back at dusk. We will leave at 11:45am and return around 8pm, so please pack accordingly.

We have pre-booked accommodation for you on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, so you do not need to worry about booking for this time.
We kindly ask you to arrive at Minthis at about 3pm on Friday and stay with us until breakfast on Monday morning.
If you wish to stay longer at Minthis, please let us know when you RSVP as we have preferential rates. Alternatively we recommend these hotels:
Minthis has a beautiful golf resort and spa. While you're here, we'd really encourage you to use the spa facilities which are included and, if you wanted to, the golf course can be booked for Sunday morning at an additional cost. Alternatively, you can go to the driving range and hire clubs and buy golf balls as you go.
The spa also has hair and make up facilities, so if you would like to book these we recommend you book these in advance.
Check-in is from 15:00 and checkout is at 12:00, if you'd like early check-in or late checkout, please let us know to ask for it.
Breakfast is included each night you stay, and is available from 07:30 until 10:30.
The spa is open from 07:00 until 20:30 each day.
The weekend events are in different locations, but once you are at Minthis we will arrange all transport between locations.
Minthis is about 25 minutes from Paphos airport, however there are more flights from the UK going to Larnaca which is about 1 hour and 30 minutes away.
Car hire is very easy and affordable in Cyprus (they also drive on the left), so you may find flying to Larnaca and driving is the cheapest and most flexible option.
Bolt (similar to Uber) is available from Paphos airport to the venue and should cost around €35-40 one way. From Larnaca airport to Minthis the cost is approximately €165 each way.

If you have a British passport and are staying in Cyprus for less than 90 days a visa is not required. More information can be found on the gov.uk website.
Cyprus has many lovely places to go to. We'd recommend a few days in Paphos if you want a city break, Latchi if you're wanting some watersports or Larnaca for more of a beach and party vibe.
